Until further notice, participants are responsible to arrange their own accommodation. At this time the GMMC discourages shared accommodation with others outside of one’s cohort / household and asks members to follow current AHS COVID-19 guidelines for accommodation.

The majority of GMMC events are held outside the city limits of Edmonton, requiring accommodation for the event participants. Accommodation is to be dealt with in one of two manners:

1. Shared accommodations are only acceptable for members of the same cohort / household.
2. Members are to arrange private accommodations for themselves to maintain the current AHS Guidelines.

Participants who are sharing accommodations (hotel, hostel, hut, campsites, etc.) are to honor any financial obligations made to other members.
