The Annual Turkey Trek is back!
When: October 16th & 17th
This is a paid event; all participants are required to pay in advance in order to participate in the event. The cost includes for 2 night stay and turkey for shared meal.
This is a social event with outdoor activities planned throughout the day. The event is open to members and family/guests of members (including youth under 18 years of age).
It is being held at the Shunda Creek Hostel. Each room has 5 beds and will be a co-ed style accommodation.
Activities will be planned throughout the day for Saturday and Sunday by volunteer GMMC members, with a turkey meal held between 6:00-7:00PM (time to be confirmed) on Saturday. All participants are required to bring a meal to share pot-luck style with the group during the turkey meal. Participants are welcome to join the activities planned on Saturday / Sunday.
